In August of 2021, the lawyers for the couple filed a lawsuit against the woman they said had been harassing and threatening their family.
When she was working in her garden, she started harassing them. According to a report, Myers made threats and was caught on video saying, "Hey Miss Vietnam... you're not going to."
He said that she exposed herself to his wife and their 2-year-old son, which was also caught on camera. As the family filed a lawsuit, she said she no longer felt safe in their home.
The settlement was called a victory by the family's lawyers.
Lawyer Jeffery Campiche said that we need to make the people who are harassing people because of their race pay.
In the next six months, she will sell her home and pay $45,000 from the sale.
The lawsuit against Myers could be decided by a jury if he fails to sell the home and move as agreed.
According to KGW, Pham said that he was happy that he could live in his home without being harassed.
While the civil settlement has been reached, she may still face criminal charges for her threatening behavior, which is scheduled to begin on June 8.
