In June of last year, Spears told a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge that she had not been allowed to make a doctor's appointment to remove her IUD as she pleaded with the court to end the legal arrangement.
Spears said that she deserved to have the same rights as anyone else.
The singer was placed in the control of the court in February 2008 after she was hospitalized twice following a custody dispute with her ex- husband. As a result, her father, Jamie Spears, was in charge of her financial and business affairs, as well as her personal life.
Spears and her legal team are still trying to recover funds that they believe were not spent in her best interests as the court works to resolve several pending issues in the case.
Spears, who has two children with Federline, said in her post that she had previously had depression and would spend less time going out to avoid the photographers.
She said that it was horrible and that women didn't talk about it back then.
She said she would be doing yoga every day.
