A California Lottery player won millions after a rude person bumped into her, causing her to press the wrong button on a vending machine for a ticket that she had no intention of buying, officials said.

The California Lottery said in a press release that a woman in Los Angeles County inserted a small amount of money into a lottery scratchers machine.

According to the press release, Edwards was bumped by a stranger and accidentally selected a $30 200X scratchers ticket. She scratched the ticket and realized she had won $10 million.
