Wladimir Klitschko said on Sunday that Russia may try again to seize the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.

Russian troops withdrew from Kyiv last week after a six-week struggle to claim the capital city. Russian forces thought the siege would last a few days.

Russian military forces are expected to target the capital of Ukraine, the city of Kyiv, according to Wladimir Klitschko.

Wladimir and his brother made the comments on Sunday.

Pulling out of Kyiv does not mean the war is over. The fight in the east and south of the country is still going on despite the change in strategy. We are expecting them to be back and again targeting the capital.

Russian forces attacked the cities surrounding Kyiv. In a recent visit to the town of Bucha, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described a scene of "just death" as the bodies of hundreds of civilians were found following Russia.

The mayor of Kyiv said that they were shocked if they saw images in town. It is a genocide of Ukrainian.

In late March, the Ukrainian military warned that the Russian withdrawal from the northern cities was likely just a rotation of troops that were meant to deceive the Ukrainians.

According to some indications, the Russian enemy is regrouping units to focus its main efforts on the East, according to the general staff of the Ukrainian armed forces.

At least 50 people were killed when two Russian rockets hit a train station in eastern Ukraine. The station was full of people who fled their homes.
