A star-studded campaign to raise money for Ukrainian refugees said it received $10.1 billion financing

The campaign to raise money for Ukrainian refugees received $10.1 billion in financing from companies, governments, and private philanthropists.

The European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau were among those who supported the Stand Up For Ukraine campaign.

Oprah Winfrey is one of the celebrity backers of the campaign.

Yesterday the world came together with a powerful message of solidarity, according to Von der Leyen.

The Council of Europe Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and the European Investment Bank are some of the European institutions that participated in the event.

Almost $8 billion of the funds is destined for Ukrainian refugees in EU countries.
