She has created over 30 pieces that make up her Kaia Rae Design collection, which she posts about on her mom's TikTok account with a following of over 600k. Kaia and her mom talked about Kaia's journey into the fashion world. Kaia came dressed to impress with a design of her own, featuring the New York City skyline at the hem. When Kaia was five years old, Aragon began to teach her how to sew, and in 2020 she got her first sewing machine. Kaia began to take fashion design seriously. Kaia made a bed for her kitten and a wallet, and then turned her attention to clothes. After getting a dress form for Christmas, a woman went through a period where she made a new outfit every single day for several weeks. Since then, Kaia has slowed down production, but she still makes new designs whenever she can. Aragon said that she had no idea her mind worked that way and was blown away by her talent because she only taught her the basics of sewing. Kaia chooses whatever fabric she likes and goes from there. She said that most of the outfits she picks out don't look like they go together, but the second she puts them on, they go perfect. That is called an eye for fashion, according to the woman. Kaia gets her inspiration from all over. She once made a dress that was inspired by the house in the Disney movie and an outfit that was inspired by figure skating. High-end fashion designer Vera Wang has already taken notice of Kaia's designs. After one of Kaia's pieces caught her attention on TikTok, Wang commented "Love <3"> Kaia was surprised by the sentimental gifts. When she commented on her TikTok, she didn't know who Wang was. It wasn't until Kaia looked up Wang that she realized how big of a deal she was. Kaia said that she was freaked out. Kaia has some big dreams. I want to have a fashion business with my best friend when I grow up. She said Ariana. Kaia is making a skirt from a 1983 wedding dress that one of her followers sent her, and she is already working on her next amazing project.
