The astronauts who will fly on the next mission to the International Space Station will love nostalgia.

NASA recently released a new poster to celebrate the upcoming SpaceX Crew-4 launch, and it has a retro flavor. The old park promotionals were made by the Works Progress Administration and inspired the look of the flight.

The concept was brought to life by Cindy Bush.

If you find it hard to believe that a serious federal agency would make an official marketing material like this, maybe you haven't been paying attention. The Beatles, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the GALAXY, and The Matrix were spoofed in previous NASA posters.

The crew of the Crew-4 mission started their official suck on Thursday. The flight will leave no later than April 21.

The fourth crew rotation for the space station is a crop of spacefarers. The crew will ride on a new Crew Dragon named Freedom that will be on top of the Falcon 9 rocket. The Kennedy Space Center in Florida will be the location for the launch.

Crew-4 was supposed to spread out their work at the space station. The Axiom mission, the first all-private expedition to the space station, arrived Saturday, a little later than initially planned, to give teams time to finish their work before the flight, according to NASA.
