I have taken advantage of similar deals in the past, but I don't think you can have 2 cards. You should be able to reapply if you close your Target card first.

Final Thoughts

This is a good offer if you have never done one of these deals before. We have seen better in the past. I would use the Debit card since it doesn't come with a hard pull or anything and you can save a Chase slot. You have the card for Target savings.
