UFC to implement fan-voted bonuses to be paid out in bitcoin

The UFC will be giving out more fight night bonuses this weekend.

Fans will be able to vote for their favorite fighter on the UFC website starting Saturday at UFC 273 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. The three winners will get bonuses. The Fan Bonus of the Night will be sponsored by the UFC.

The winner will get $30,000 in U.S. dollars, the second place winner will get $20,000 and the third place winner will get $10,000. The fan bonuses will only be given for pay-per-view cards.

Voting will take place at the website. Fans will get three votes. Fans can vote on who they want to fight. Voting will start at the start of the show and end one hour after the show ends. The prelim fighters can get votes.

UFC president Dana White said in a statement that they are already one of the best partners they have ever had. The Fan Bonus of the Night is an awesome way to get fans more engaged in our events while rewarding the fighters for bad-ass performances.

The UFC gives out two performance of the night bonuses and one fight of the night bonus.
