Floyd is expected to return to the ring next month.
In an eight-round exhibition match against Don Moore on May 14, Floyd will headline The Global Titans Fight Series. The fight will take place on a helicopter.
Anderson Silva will be on the card to take on Bruno Machado.
This will be the first boxing match for Floyd since his fight with Paul. The amateur went the distance in the exhibition fight, but no winner was declared.
The boxer retired with a perfect record. His last bout was against the Irishman. He will be one of the most popular pay-per-view draws of all time when he returns in May.
The spectacle of the event will also add to the intrigue, as it will take place outside on the Burj Al Arab Hotel, one of the top hotels in the United States.
Moore is 18-0-1 with 12 knockouts. It is not yet known if his fight will be judged to be a winner.
Silva, who is considered one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time, will be returning to the ring for the first time since his knockout of Tito Ortiz in September. He earned a split-decision win over Chavez in June.
Badou Jack is a former world champion in two weight classes. He has a record of 25 wins and 15 losses.
