Russian forces were accused by the Mariupol City Council of using a mobile crematorium to cover up their alleged war crimes.

Mariupol, which has been partially occupied for weeks, has been the target of one of the most brutal Russian offensives in Ukraine.

The city council said in several social media posts that the killers are covering their tracks and that the Russians have set up mobile crematoriums.

Russia's top leadership ordered the destruction of any evidence of crimes committed by its army in Mariupol, the council said in a translated statement.

The U.K.'s Ministry of Defense reported that Humanitarian access to the city has been blocked for weeks, with an estimated 160,000 residents unable to evacuate and lacking access to electricity, heating, health care and water.

The death toll in Mariupol could be in the tens of thousands according to the officials.

The city was bombarded for more than a month before the Kremlin agreed to a cease-fire last week.

The US calls out the reports of what happened to UKRAINIANS and then into Russia.

The International Committee of the Red Cross was unable to evacuate over the weekend due to dangerous conditions.

The ICRC was able to evacuate 500 people from the city of Berdiansk, 50 miles south of Mariupol, but it is still unable to get to those trapped inside.

Russia is barring humanitarian access to Mariupol because of the number of dead Ukrainians on the streets, according to city officials.

The city council claims that Russian forces are removing potential witnesses tofiltration camps.

Ukrainians in these camps are being stripped of their identification cards and passports, along with being separated from their families, according to Thomas-Greenfield.

Since the existence of the Nazi concentration camps, the world has not seen the scale of the tragedy in Mariupol. The mayor of Mariupol said in a statement that the city was turned into a death camp.

He said that the world must help punish Putin's monsters.
