Unvaccinated UK tourists can now visit Spain if they show proof of recovery from a negative Covid test.
They can show a result with the test taken within 72 hours of departure or within 24 hours.
It applies to travellers over the age of 12 and means that they can enter with a certificate of vaccination, or proof of a negative test.
The chief executive of the Advantage Travel Partnership said that the change was a step in the right direction.

Visitors must have received at least one dose of a two-dose vaccine or one dose of a one-dose vaccine at least 14 days before arriving in Spain to count as fully vaccined.
If more than 270 days have passed since the final dose, certification of a booster vaccine is required, except for teenagers aged 12 to 17
When travelling with an adult, children under 12 years old are exempt.
The Health Control Form (FCS in Spanish) can be filled in via Spain Travel Health.
The Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands are included in the new legislation for UK travellers aged 12 and above.
