Turtle Beach has announced a $200 wireless headset that works with everything from the Xbox Series X to the Nintendo Switch. The stealth 700 Gen 2 was not the same as the previous one, but it was available for both consoles and PCs. It works with devices like phones and tablets, unlike the Stealth 600 Gen 2 Max, which only works with phones.

Turtle Beach claims that the new Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max should be able to go for over 40 hours on a single charge. The previous, non-Max model took 20 hours. The Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max also comes with a 2.4 GHz wireless USB dongle, which can be used to connect it to a mobile companion app to set the headset's settings.

The Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max is available to pre-order now for $199.99, and will be released on May 8th.

Turtle Beach says that the $129.99 and $99.99 versions of the Stealth 600 Gen 2 Max are now on sale in Europe and can be pre-ordered in North America before their May 8th release. The Max is compatible with both consoles and has a 48 hour battery life, but only the xbox model has 24 hours of battery life. A version of the headset for the PS3 is due to arrive later in the year.
