I have an idea on how social media companies should be run. You have to get the wealthiest person in the world to join and start using the platform. He surveys his followers on whether they want a certain feature or not. If the majority agrees, the CEO will add the feature.

This is not the most practical way to do it for most companies, but it looks like it is being used now. The CEO of the company joined the conversation after Musk asked his followers if they wanted an edit button.
