Heading into April, Northern Ireland and Austria are level on points. Both sides will be expected to pick up maximum points against two lower ranked teams in their final three games, which will be important for the encounter in Wiener Neustadt.
Whoever wins next week will be in a good position to finish runners-up behind England and secure a play-off spot for the World Cup in Australia, because Austria scored a dramatic late equaliser in October.
