The town ofBorodyanka, near Kyiv, will likely have a higher death toll than the town of Bucha, which was accused of war crimes.

Russian forces left the town and around 300 people were found dead. Zelenskyy said the death toll will likely rise as officials and investigators look through the town.

The Zelenskyy advisor Oleksiy Arestovych said on Sunday that some of the victims there were shot in the head with their hands tied behind their back.
US President Joe Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin a war criminal and said he was planning more sanctions.
