NASA had to scrub the wet dress rehearsal of its mega moon rocket. The test, which was supposed to take place this weekend, was called off on Sunday, April 3.

The teams decided to scrub tanking operations because of the loss of ability to pressurize the mobile launcher. Without this capability, technicians are unable to safely load the propellants into the rocket's core stage.

According to space.com, the only issue is the fan. The team will move quickly to fuel the rocket once again tomorrow, Monday, April 4, because everything else is checking out as expected.

The test was running behind schedule due to the weather. There were four lightning strikes that hit the launch pad. The first three strikes were low-intensity and the fourth strike was higher in intensity. The fan issue is not related to the lightning strikes.
