As of Sunday night, Fidesz had secured over half of the votes, compared to 34% for a group of opposition parties, according to results released by Hungary's national election office and published by the AP.

Orb will continue as the longest-serving leader in the European Union if Fidesz wins.

Orb said in his victory speech that he could see it from the moon and from the Belgian capital.
