The second season of Amazon's Undone will bring fans back to the life of Rosa Salazar'sAlma as she continues to grow her time travel abilities. Prime Video released a trailer that gives a better idea of what's to come after teasing at some of the struggles that await her in the new season.
At the end of the first season,Alma saw something that threw her family's history into question. She enlisted the help of her sister, who has a similar time power of her own, to find answers. The ability to travel through people's memories is what is needed to dig through their family's secrets. It won't be as simple as that, as there is a fog clouding everything that they turn up, and a door that doesn't seem to want to open.
The new season looks like it will be just as emotional as the previous one. The rotoscoped animation of Studio Submarine continues to give the show a look unlike anything seen before, and if scenes towards the trailer's end are any indication, the investigation will get weird. It will be interesting to see how the meditative and thoughtful Undone fares for users of the streaming service in comparison to the loud and boisterous animated shows like The Boys: Diabolical and Critical Role.
The second season of Undone will be released on April 29.
