There are a lot of things Carlos needs to do before he starts his job as a New York Yankees analyst on Monday.

Become familiar with the YES Network setting. He should get comfortable with his broadcast teammates. Find a rhythm that works for him as an analyst.

One thing he doesn't need to do is address the team about his role in the Houston Astros sign-stealing scandal.

The Astros beat the Yankees in the ALCS to win their first World Series title. New York players took aim at the Astros after learning of the scandal, with Judge saying they cheated and didn't earn it.

Judge said that he doesn't think he needs to say anything to us. A lot of good lessons were learned. He spent a lot of quality time talking to me about the game, the mental side of the game, his approaches, and how to be a good teammate.

He retired as a player. He played for the Yankees in the past.

Judge said he would love to talk to him. We are to be seeing a lot of him during the year, so we need to get a chance to catch up with him. He was a big part of this team, a big part of baseball, what he brings to the game and what he is going to bring to the YES Network is going to be big time.

In an interview to be aired Monday on the YES Network, Beltran said there is a stain on the Astros title.

Looking back now, we did cross the line. Looking back, we were wrong.

After being let go due to the scandal, Beltran never managed a game for the Mets.

Judge said he is not looking back at last year.

I can't speak for the whole group, but I think the things that we have to focus on this year and the things we have to do this year are more important than anything that happened in the past.

We have a lot of important things, a lot of good things going on this year, so I will focus on what we have to do with that. If he sees anything that can help us, I will talk to him.
