According to the team at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, wealthy Gen Z clients are looking for a more maximalist vintage vibe. Last year, Peters sold $45 million in real estate across the Miami area to wealthy buyers, including Gen Z, the generation born between 1997 and 2012.

She said that they value antiques and show a desire to collect items that represent previous eras of wealth. She said that the years the oldest of the generation were born were vintage for Gen Z.

She said that Gen Zers want to make money and are proud of their successes.
