A former radio personality, Grum is a CLIA-certified Elite Cruise Counsellor, a CLIA Luxury Cruise Specialist, and a CLIA-certified Travel Agency Executive.
He is a member of the Strategic Trade Advisory and Review Board and is a Certified Travel Counselor.
He was an amateur travel advisor for many years, giving friends and family advice on their vacation destinations.
He knew he wanted to own and operate his own business, and a travel agency made perfect sense.
