Members of the organization probably wouldn't look gay because it's a stereotype that fits more with the left-wing LGBT community. He didn't say what that might be. It was a suit-and-tie event, so unless one of us was wearing a joke suit, I wouldn't say some of us might look fabulous. Gays for Trump were described as various types of gays.
