During an interview with John Solomon on Real America's Voice network, Trump urged the Russian leader to give information about the younger Biden.
During the interview, Trump mentioned a GOP-led investigation into the Bidens that produced very few new findings. According to the report, a firm tied to Hunter Biden received $3.5 million from the wife of the late mayor of Moscow. George Mesires, the attorney for Biden, disputed the claim.
Trump said in the interview that he thought Putin would know the answer to the question. I think we should know that answer.
Trump has heaped praise on Putin. At a rally in March, Trump called the decision by the Russian leader to station troops on the border of Ukraine a great negotiation.
After the invasion, Trump spoke favorably of Putin at a CPAC conference.
The problem is not that Putin is smart, but that our leaders are dumb. He described Putin's invasion of Ukraine as wonderful and genius.
Veteran diplomats have criticized his praise of Putin.
