One of the fastest athletes in the National Football League is a wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks. He ran a 4.33 40-yard dash at the combine. Or when he stopped Budda Baker's pick-six at a top speed of 22.64 mph? Or any of the 29 touchdown he scored over his three-season NFL career?
How does someone get to be that fast? He has to be on a careful diet. Maybe he doesn't eat anything but shakes? Maybe he counts calories and sugars in a way that would impress the professional dietitian?
He may eat a lot of candy.
When Kevin Garnett asked him how important nutrition was to his game, he was shocked by the question.
I'm probably the worst person to ask that, and I launched into an explanation of how unusual his diet was.
DK's diet is wild 😅
