The summer transfer window dates have been revealed, while the premier league clubs have agreed to allow five subs per match.
The substitution rule change was approved by top-flight clubs at a shareholder meeting on Thursday.
The league reverted back to three subs for the 2020-21 season and this campaign after introducing five subs in May 2020.
In the past two years, teams have voted against the introduction of five substitute players.
The summer transfer window will close at 11pm on Thursday September 1 and will open on Sunday June 10.
The Covid-19 testing will only be done on individuals who aresymptomatic from Monday.
A statement said that the shareholders of the league discussed a range of matters.
The clubs agreed to change the rules. From next season, clubs will be able to use five replacements, to be made on three occasions during a match, with an additional opportunity at half-time. The team sheet has a total of nine subs.
The summer transfer window will open on 10 June and close on 1 September in line with other European leagues.

From 4 April, the League will remove twice-weekly COVID-19 testing of players and staff. The removal of the requirement for clinical passports to access previously restricted areas at training grounds and on match days is one of the key updates.
