Intel shows off its first Arc desktop GPU, coming summer 2022

The company showed off a first look at the final Arc hardware, along with a reveal that the first was a desktop graphics card.

More information on the Arc cards will arrive before the summer, although the company isn't giving too many details beyond the quick glimpse of the hardware. The video shows that the Arc card has a dual-fan design, along with a single HDMI port and three DisplayPort ports on the side, but it's not clear what the specifications are for those ports.

It's not clear whether the company will have a limited stock of cards when they launch this summer or if it's an edition of the Arc card.

The Arc products that will arrive this summer include the Arc 5 and Arc 7 laptop graphics cards, as well as the XeSS artificial intelligence-based super-sampling.
