An executive producer at Disney said during a staff meeting that she wanted to insert queerness into children.

In a video obtained by journalist Christopher Rufo, Latoya Raveneau, executive producer for Disney Television Animation, talks about how the studio's treatment of her progressive ideas defies her negative expectations. She claimed that Disney accepted and included her pitches for Easter eggs and references to her series.

She said that the showrunners were welcoming to her not-at-all-secret gay agenda. No one tried to stop me.

When she joined, she assumed Disney would keep the LGBTQ elements out of content for younger audiences.

I love Disney's content. I used to watch all of the classics. I worked at small studios most of my career, and I heard whispers, but they have been a huge part of my life. I was a little confused when I started, but my experience was completely different than what I had heard.

The subject of coming together to fight racism and celebrate black culture will be addressed in the upcoming Disney Junior musical series, Rise Up, Sing Out, which features the music of The Roots. The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder is an upcoming animated series.

Latoya is a rare and uniquely talented person who is known for her ability to tell stories for children, families and adults.

On Tuesday, the day after the Parental Rights in Education bill was signed by the governor of Florida, the leaked comments came out.

Disney's leadership condemned the legislation and tried to get it killed. A group of California Disney employees staged a walk out last week to protest the measure, wearing rainbow colors, holding signs with pro-LGBTQ slogans, and shouting "Say Gay" as they marched down the street.

The company was slammed by the governor for its hypocrisy in pushing domestic social-justice causes while conducting business in China with the blessing of the Chinese Communist Party, a regime notorious for human-rights abuses relating to the Uyghur Muslims, Hong Kong, Tibet, etc.

Florida's policies must be based on the best interest of the state's citizens, not on the musings of corporations, according to the candidate.
