Biden won't assert executive privilege for Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump

Kate Bedingfield, White House communications director, said Tuesday that the White House wouldn't assert executive privilege over the testimony.

According to CNN, Kushner is expected to appear before the committee this week. The panel asked Trump's sister-in-law to cooperate with the investigation as well.
