The American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky said on Thursday that the adults in the Kentucky General Assembly were attacking our children to score cheap political points.
The Oklahoma House was condemned by the Human Rights Campaign for considering the bill.
The Human Rights Campaign said that the bill effectively excludes all trans girls from participating in school athletics, increasing their isolation and denying them the social, physical, and emotional benefits of sports.
New state laws address the participation of biologically male athletes who identify as trans in women's sports.
