According to media reports, a new round of lockdowns was implemented in the city after a surge in COVID-19 cases.
The facility will be closed for four days as the city ramps up controls.

According to the China Passenger Car Association, it produces about 2,000 cars a day.
The factory delivered 56,515 cars last month, of which 23,200 were for domestic consumers, and the rest were exported to Europe and other markets in Asia, according to the Association.
Employees at the plant were told of the shutdowns.
The company told the news agency that it strives to abide by epidemic prevention responsibilities and that the COVID-19 measures are crucial for the development of the city.
The company did not respond to the request for comment.
The newswire reported that the company paused production for two days in March to allow for mass testing and coronaviruses restrictions.
The third Gigafactory opened last week, just outside Berlin, Germany, after delays due to permitting issues and protests by environmentalists. The company told Insider that it hopes to produce 500,000 vehicles there.
