The WGC Dell Technologies Match Play will feature an all-American semi-final betweenDustin Johnson and Scottie Scheffler.
The fifth seed defeated Ireland's Seamus Power at Austin Country Club.
The eighth seed Johnson defeated the second seed.
In his match with Will Zalatoris, Kisner won 4&3 and in his match with Abraham Ancer, he won by two holes.
There were early exits for world number one Jon Rahm and second-ranked Collin Morikawa, who both lost their last-16 matches in Texas earlier in the day.
The four-time major winner was beaten by a play-off, while Ancer won his match against a Japanese opponent.
The match was tied on the 17th and both players had chances to win on the 18th, but the American won on the first extra hole.
In the last eight, Ancer was unable to follow up his win against Johnson.
Defending champion Billy Horschel was beaten by one hole in the round of 16, while Johnson beat Richard Bland in the first knockout round.
The 49-year-old Bland is expected to miss out on an invitation to the Masters when the rankings are revised, despite taking an early lead against Johnson.
He needs to win the Valero Texas Open next week to have a chance to qualify.
On Friday, he qualified for the knockout stage as one of the 16 group winners, but he lost to Power 3.
