A one-time up-and-coming rapper who was nominated for a grammy a long time ago is now making a terrifying revelation -- saying she is likely to end her life at any given moment. The artist is Chika, who was nominated for a Best New Artist award last year. She posted a lengthy statement on her social media page that implied she was on the verge of suicide. Chika writes that she went to the top of theintercontinental but could not jump because of the metal stairs. Chika believes she will serve as a cautionary tale, in leaving a broken person to their own devices, and in not being sorry for those she might leave behind. She ends it by writing, and she hated it. She has been posting extra photos and text notes on her IG story, saying that people can find her body and that she doesn't care. It is not clear what city she is in at the moment. She is from Montgomery, Alabama. People have fired off with a lot of concern, sending prayers her way, and hoping someone on her team or in her inner circle can reach her before something tragic happens.
