I refuse to believe that you would allow the killing of innocent children and grandparents or that you would allow hospitals, schools, maternity wards to be bombarded with Russian missiles and bombs.
The western Ukrainian city of Lviv was struck by rockets during Biden's visit to Warsaw.
Thousands of people have been killed and many more have been displaced by the invasion of Ukraine. Russian forces have been accused of war crimes.
Biden called on Russians who lived through the Soviet Union to speak out against Putin, saying his actions were not the actions of a great nation. Police in Russia have cracked down on critics of the war and journalists reporting on it.
This is not who you are. This is not the future you want for your family. I am telling you the truth. Biden said that the war was not worthy of the Russian people.
The White House denied that Biden was calling for a regime change.
