There is good availability to Swiss Business Class from Montreal and NYC for more than one passenger through January. There are flights to and fro from NYC in the summer. There is spotty availability from other US airports.
The lowest option would be to take advantage of the 20% transfer bonus from Capital One that would reduce the price by 52,500 Capital One miles.
There is good availability from June through the Summer from NYC, but there are some spotty dates to Switzerland as well. You can find flights from Montreal in the summer, but there are better flights in the fall. There is saver availability on any day showing 73K.
Although it's easy to find availability on United, it's not the cheapest option if you have a lot of miles.
The LifeMiles will cost 63K and is a transfer partner of most of the major currencies. If you transfer 20% of your Capital One miles to Avianca, you can book these seats for 52,500 Capital One miles. Currency can be transferred instantly to LifeMiles and Aeroplan.
This is an unusual amount of mid-Summer availability to Europe, so I would book asap if you're interested. I haven't flown Swiss Air personally, but the reviews on both hard and soft product are generally very good.
