Wizz Air UK ‘raises pay’ to attract cabin crew

Wizz Air UK is raising pay in order to attract more cabin crew.

The minimum basic salary for a junior cabin attendant in the UK will go up from April 1.

Those with ten months experience with the budget carrier will be paid the highest amount.

Senior cabin attendants will make between $21,887 and $33,850.

The basic salary is paid to the cabin crew.

Crew roles are available at the carrier's bases in the UK.

Cabin crew members joining Wizz Air can expect free uniform, an unlimited number of discounted employee tickets, free tickets, fantastic discounts for friends and family, a monthly roster schedule, free meals while on duty, and hotel accommodation and transport.

In March and April, there are more than 10 recruitment events for aspiring cabin crew.

Wizz Air is looking for pilots with no flying experience, as well as captains and first officers.
