2023 NFL Draft to Be Held in Kansas City April 27-29

The details for the next year's event were revealed Thursday.

The Kansas City Chiefs will host the 2023 draft for the first time in their history on April 27-29.

The 2023 NFL Draft is coming to Kansas City on April 27-29, 2023 📆

This will be one of the biggest and most anticipated professional sporting events our city has hosted, according to Kathy Nelson, president and CEO of the Kansas City Sports Commission and VisitKC.

Millions of viewers will see Kansas City in the national spotlight on major networks when they watch the NFL draft and the draft experience.

The draft will take place in the area around Union Station and the National World War I Museum in Kansas City.

The draft will be held in Las Vegas from April 28 to April 30. In 1965, the draft was held in New York City before moving to Chicago in 2015. The draft has been held in many cities.

Cleveland was the location for the event in 2021. The draft was held for the first time in 2020 because of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Detroit, Green Bay and Washington, D.C. are some of the places that are being considered to host the 2024 draft.
