The expectations of those who visit La Casa de la Playa far exceed them.

The new property in Riviera Maya, Mexico is luxurious, but only if you experience it in person.

VERTISING

Its beauty is amazing.

The fact that it is an all-inclusive resort is a bonus.

The term luxury is subjective to the person paying. La Casa de la Playa has a higher price tag than most all-inclusive resorts, but those staying here will have amenities that can't be found anywhere else in the region.

All of the suites are over a thousand square feet and come complete with your own butler service to cater to your needs. The experience begins with a car ride from the airport to your hotel.

We have tons of luxury all-inclusives, but how many of them are truly five-star luxury all-inclusives? said Nick Pena, a luxury travel advisor with Cruise Planners.

This adults-only all-inclusive resort has a starting price of $2,000 a night.

The team at Hoteles Xcaret, which also owns Hotel Xcaret Arte and Hotel Xcaret Mexico, truly delivers on the luxury experience to be able to charge such a price according to travel advisors.

Heather Coursen of MEI Travel said that the resort is a private sanctuary where all of your wants are met, your privacy is respected and you can disappear from the world. It is the perfect elevation of the all-inclusive product.

The restaurants on the property are some of the best in the world. Celebrity chefs make epic meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Centil and Lumbre have authentic Mexican food from the Rivera-Río brothers. One of the top 100 most influential people in Mexico is Tuch de Luna, a restaurant that features Mexican dishes with a feminine theme. The owner of the best restaurant in Latin America in the last three years is from Mexico.

Steak for dinner is the only entree at most all-inclusive restaurants. You can get a meal at Estero. Multiple course meals with wine are included in some all-inclusive properties. Multiple restaurants at La Casa de la Playa do this for dinner. If guests prefer to stay in their room, they can opt for elevated in-room dining options.

The idea behind the resort is that you feel at home.

That's why there is a gym, a chocolate shop filled with Mexican chocolate treats, a bar with top-shelf brands, and a wine cellar that's loaded with reds, whites and champagne. You can either set up a tasting experience here or just grab a bottle of wine and take it back to your room.

The hydrotherapy pool is free and another perk for guests that you won't find at other all-inclusive resorts.

The resort has a rooftop sky bar and pool with stunning views of the Caribbean and a 40-meter pool with a nearby wet bar.

Which type of guest should stay here?

The Sales Manager for Hoteles Xcaret said that they are looking for clients that are open to new experiences. Nowadays a different type of clientele is looking to take experiences back home, not only about just going there and relaxing but to take something back home, something to tell your family and friends about, something you have done that was totally prepared and tailor-made for you.

Special access and perks at all of Xcaret's parks include a private dinner in a cenote, an underground river excursion before the park opens, and a backstage tour.

"This place has just been amazing, and it is definitely a hidden gem," said Ronda Helton of The Travel Connection Group. It is a very odd concept for most people to understand luxury all-inclusive in one package, but this property really does encompass that, and I am excited to have more of my clients come down here and experience this wonderful place.
