Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others were sued by Donald Trump on Thursday for allegedly conspiring to create a false narrative about him and his campaign.

According to the RICO suit, Clinton and other defendants faked evidence, deceived law enforcement authorities and exploited highly-sensitive data sources in order to win the election.

The suit was filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida, which is where Clinton lost the election.

Three years ago, Robert Muller said his investigation had found that the Trump campaign was deceptive in its dealings with Russia.

Trump has claimed that the investigation was a witch hunt.

The lawsuit seeks more than $72 million in damages, an amount that is triple the $24 million in legal fees and other damages that Trump allegedly has accrued as a result of the defendants' purported conduct.

The scheme was designed to fail when Donald J. Trump was elected, according to Trump's suit.

The suit claims that there are violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, conspiracy, injurious falsehood, malicious prosecution, computer fraud and abuse, theft of trade secrets, and other claims.

The defendants include Clinton and the DNC, as well as the law firm Perkins Coie, the research firm FusionGPS, and the ex-British intelligence agent Christopher Steele.

The lawsuit outlines a plan to vilify Donald J. Trump by spreading lies to create a false narrative that he was working with Russia.

For years, Hillary Clinton and her associates tried to shield themselves from responsibility by directing others to do their dirty work for them. Habba said that the lawsuit seeks to hold all parties accountable for their heinous acts and uphold the principles of our sacred democracy.
