The home of the late Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas was burgled earlier this month.
A jersey signed by Tom Brady, an ESPY award, multiple football jerseys, thousands of dollars in cash, and multiple guns were among the items that were stolen.
The best moment of the 2012 ESPYs was when Tim Tebow threw an 80 yard touchdown pass for the Broncos to beat the Pittsburgh Steelers in overtime of a wild-card playoff game.
Police went to Thomas' former home in Roswell, Georgia, on March 13 after Thomas' mother called to say the home should be abandoned because of her dead son.
Thomas passed away at the age of 33. LaTonya Bonseigneur, one of Thomas' first cousins, told The Associated Press that he died of a seizure.
Bonseigneur told the AP in December that he had a seizure when he was showering.

Peter Wright told police that the locks on the doors of the home were changed after the memorial service for Thomas.
According to the incident report, the driver of the delivery vehicle was in the driveway when police arrived. According to the report, a man named Malcom Daniels answered a side door and gave little information as to why he was there. Three men were arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. Jones and Daniels were released on bond.
Jones told police that he used to live at the home and check it out on weekends. According to police reports, he told them he was the caretaker for Thomas.
Daniels was charged with possession of cocaine after police found the drug during a search of him. He was free on bond.
No charges of theft have been made against any of the men in either of the two incident reports.
