The amendments to the government licence allowed fans to buy tickets to away games.
Fans will be able to purchase tickets for the FA Cup semi-final against Crystal Palace at Wembley on the weekend of April 16 and 17.
It appears that tickets for home games are subject to restrictions. Only season ticket holders and those who purchased tickets before the UK government sanctioned owner Roman Abramovich will be allowed to attend.
All revenue from ticket sales will go to the premier league.
The Government has made changes to the licence of the club so that fans will be able to get tickets to away games.
I would like to thank fans for their patience as we engage with the football authorities to make this possible.
Since Roman Abramovich was added to the UK's sanctions list for his links to Vladimir Putin, we have worked to ensure the club can continue to play football.
More to come.
