The club will be allowed to sell tickets to away games, cup matches and fixtures involving the women's team after the UK government made alterations to the club's special licence.
The club has not been able to sell tickets since Roman Abramovich was placed under sanction by the government.
The proceeds from ticket sales will be given to the relevant party under the changed licence.
The FA Cup semi-final against Crystal Palace at Wembley Stadium on the weekend of 16 April will be able to sell tickets, as a result of the move.
Away fans can buy tickets for games at the other team's stadium, with revenue going to the league.
The next Women's Super League game is on April 3.
I would like to thank fans for their patience while we engage with the football authorities to make this possible.
Since Roman Abramovich was added to the UK's sanctions list for his links to the Russian president, we have worked to ensure the club can continue to play football.
The government made an exception for the WSL so that fans who bought tickets before the sanctions can attend games, but there is a risk of empty stands.
Any revenue from the sale of tickets for future away games will go to the host team.
In order to remain compliant with current sanctions, ticket sales from FA Cup and European matches will go to the relevant competition organiser or home club rather than to Chelsea FC.
More to come.
