Mary Jane Thomas, the wife of Hank Williams Jr., has died. It has been learned.

Mary Jane passed away in Jupiter, Florida, on Tuesday, and we are told that it appears she suffered a blood clot after a medical procedure.

The Jupiter Beach Resort and Spa was the location of a medical call on Tuesday. Mary Jane was dead when she was taken to the hospital. Her death does not appear to be suspicious at this time.

Mary Jane, a former model for Hawaiian Tropic suntan lotion, has been married to Hank since 1990 -- the couple met in 1985 at one of his concerts in Washington State. Hank and his family have been through a lot.

He and Mary Jane had 2 children together. In 2020 a car accident claimed the life ofKatie. Her husband survived with critical injuries.

They broke the story. In February, Sam claimed that his father and half- sister had taken over his care less than 2 months after his sister died.

While Hank is known for big hits like "All My Rowdy Friends" and is frequently in the spotlight, Mary Jane is known to be more private.

She and Hank had separated in 2007, but were reconciled in 2011.

We reached out to a Williams family member who said they would like to be kept out of the public eye.

Mary Jane is survived by her family.

She was 58 years old.

I am sad.
