Royal Caribbean International has launched a competition to help agents grow their businesses.

Levi Roots, who rose to fame on the show Dragon Den, will be part of a panel that will run the rule over entries.

The first day of in-person pitching will take place on June 8 at the line's headquarters in Weybridge.

Royal Caribbean is giving agents a chance to win tickets to the Top Gun sequel.

There will be three more judging rounds before March.

Only agents who are members of a consortium are allowed to enter the competition.

The first round of the competition will start on April 1 and there are four opportunities to enter over the next year. Royal will collect entries for four weeks.

To enter, agents need to submit a video explaining their idea and request investment via the Club Royal website. The video must last no more than five minutes.

The judges will decide which ideas win a share of the total prize at the live final events.

I went from running a successful market stall in the carnival to a multi-million pound business, thanks to the investment that Roots made.

I am excited to take part in Royal Caribbean's The Royal Pitch to help support their members grow their businesses and boost sales.

Royal Caribbean's own vice president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Ben Bouldin, and director of sales of UK, Ireland and Spain, Stuart Byron, will join Levi on the panel.

The judges will be looking for the next big idea that will make an impact on their business and drive profitable results for both the travel partner and Royal Caribbean.

At Royal Caribbean, we encourage our partners to do the same as we continually innovate to grow and improve our business.

The Royal Pitch is designed to give consortia members another avenue to help grow their business with a big idea they are passionate about, as well as test out their pitching skills.

We are excited to meet some of the entrants and hear their ideas.
