The Grecale, a brand-new compact SUV, will come in a range of powertrains, including an all-electric version. The tip of the spear will be the plan to become an EV-only brand by the year 2030.

Most of the EV-relevant specs are kept under wraps. The Grecale will come with a 400-volt architecture, which is similar to the one used by most EV on the road today.
Maserati is keeping most of the EV-relevant specs under wraps
Last week, executives from Maserati said that the Folgore model won't use any of the parent company's EV platforms. The electric Grecale will use a modified version of the Giorgio platform.
The front wing of the car will have the name of the brand on it. In the rear, the boomerang taillights are inspired by the Giugiaro 3200 GT and fit in with the lines.
The intelligent multimedia system is powered by Maserati. A three-dimensional sound system from Sonus includes 14 speakers or 21 speakers at a higher trim level.
The electric version of the Grecale, the GT and Moderna will be produced by Maserati. The Nettuno engine used by the MC20 sportscar is the basis of the Trofeo's gas-powered V6 engine.
The GT variant will start at $63,500
The GT variant will start at $63,500, while the Modena limited edition will start at $77,400. Pricing for the Trofeo and EV versions was not made available.
Electric versions of the GranTurismo sports car and GranCabriolet convertible will precede the Grecale. The MC20 Spyder, a sister vehicle to the automaker's ultra-luxury sports car, is one of the vehicles that will be filled out in the coming months.
The Maserati Grecale will compete with other luxury electric vehicles when it arrives at dealerships.
