Deshaun made sure he was a member of the ClevelandBrowns.

The five-year, $230 million contract the quarterback ultimately signed with the Browns was never shopped by his camp.

One team called and asked why it wasn't given an opportunity to match, because they insisted, they would have. The answer was that he wanted to go to Cleveland. His only obstacle was moving to a city that he had never been to before.

The team owners, Jimmy and Dee Haslam, and head coach Kevin Stefanski were among the people who made a pitch to the player.

He had a full no-trade clause with the Houston Texans, so they were one of 13 teams that expressed interest in acquiring him.

The Indianapolis Colts probably traded for that team because they traded for the Washington Commanders.

The majority of the pitch was focused on the fact that the team has a young and talented roster. According to a report, the Haslams were invested in the roster and the fact that both Berry and Stefanski were taking notes on what he was saying made him think they were sharp.

It has been controversial that the team got a great acquisition from a football perspective.

22 women are accusing him of sexual assault and inappropriate sexual behavior. While a grand jury declined to indict him, he will not face criminal charges for similar accusations, and his lawsuit is still pending.

99% sure that you will see multiple women’s rights and advocacy organizations not only protest Deshaun Watson in Cleveland, but at road games as well.

It’s already in motion.

The three female attorneys who worked for the defense team underRusty Hardin were interviewed by the Browns, who did their own research into the accusations against him. Lloyd said that the meetings went a long way toward getting the Haslams comfortable with moving forward and pursuing a trade for Watson.

For fear that their interest would become public, they did not contact Tony Buzbee.

The rest of the meeting was focused on football, after the team spoke to him about the accusation against him.
