An Apple outage is affecting iMessage, Apple Music, iCloud, and other services

Many Apple services are experiencing problems right now. Apple Music, Apple Maps, the App Store, iMessage, and Apple TV are some of the services that people are reporting problems with. We are experiencing scattered problems with key services, but the problems aren't impacting everyone equally.

Mark Gurman is reporting that Apple's corporate and retail systems are down as well, and that some people can get into Apple's business manager portal. The problems can affect other apps, for example, trying to back up your chat history to iCloud.

The status page for Apple shows that it is experiencing problems with 11 services. It said that the four on that list were available again, but added other services to the list.

Apple's status page for developers appears to be down, and it does not load for me or another person. The company did not respond to the request for comment.
