The Championship club are unsure if Ben Brereton Diaz is fit to play after he left for the international break.

He picked up an ankle injury against West Bromwich on February 14.

He was picked by La Roja to play against Brazil and Uruguay.

Tony Mowbray said that he wouldn't come through two matches for them.

I think there's very little chance he'll play against Brazil. If they get a result against Brazil, they will be in good shape.

He will probably be on a plane home if there is no need to play against Uruguay.

The two teams will play on March 30 and March 31 in a bid to get into the World Cup.

As they try to get their promotion push back on track, they will visit Coventry on 2 April.

Our surgeons spoke to their surgeons. They need to look at him on the grass.

They are playing Brazil. If he is not fit, they should not put him on the pitch against Brazil, where they will be playing with 10 men and a guy limping about.

He is very attached to that set-up in South America. I have no problem with people taking him. Ben's head is messed on.

I have had a lot of chats with him and he has to take control. He should tell them he is not playing if he is not feeling well.
