According to a source, the Minnesota Wild will get a first-round draft pick in exchange for the services of goaltender Marc-André Fleury.

The goalie was the only one who could get a trade by the deadline. With his modified no-trade clause, the three-time Stanley Cup winner held the cards, and it appeared he wanted to go only to a contender. He played for the Wild with general manager Bill Guerin.

He almost didn't end up in Chicago. He took his time to decide whether to report after he was traded for him. Even if the future of the Original Six franchise was not certain, he decided to play for it. He enjoyed his time in Chicago and was reluctant to leave for just one team.

A terrible start doomed Chicago's playoff hopes coming into the season. On the ice and in the locker room, he has been a bright spot. The Flower wants to win his fourth Stanley Cup.
