A woman is struggling to survive after she was knocked to the ground, punched and kicked by an attacker who dragged her between two parked cars and tried to rape her, police said Sunday.

The victim was walking down W. 123rd St. when the attacker hit her in the head. According to the NYPD, Friday.

The attacker, wearing a camouflage Yankees cap and white patterned zip-up hoodie, kicked her in the head and body while she was down.

The vicious assault was not over yet.

The fiend dragged her between two parked cars on the leafy Harlem street, stripped her clothes off and tried to rape her. The man stopped his attack but then left her for dead.

The woman is in critical condition at Harlem Hospital after she suffered severe head trauma.

The crime is being considered an attempted murder.

The NYPD released images of the suspect walking down the street. His face is not visible.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers. All calls will be kept confidential.
